Come see the mansions of historic Myers Park during an exclusive walking tour on Thursday, May 28, 2009.Presented by Levine Museum of the New South (the tour starts there at 5:30 p.m.), Charlotte Trolley and Historic Charlotte, participants can learn about nationally renowned 1910s landscape planner John Nolen and the families who shared his vision. The tour begins at Panera Bread, 601 Providence Rd.
Cost is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for Museum and Historic Charlotte members or groups of 10 or more. Space is limited; reservations are required and can be made by calling 704.333. 1887 ext. 501.
