Great News for 28204

According to The Charlotte Observer's most recent home sales data for areas listed by zip codes, area code 28204 has had over a 10% increase in value from last years average home price in 2007. Hard to believe, I know, but according to their report in 26 of the 70 ZIP codes of the six-county MLS (Multiple Listing Service), prices were at their highest in the last six years studied.
